Integrations Overview
Open Integrations from the main navigation to manage advertising and lead-intake connections. The catalog keeps each provider’s setup, status, controls, and logs together.
Integration catalog
Section titled “Integration catalog”| Integration | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Google Ads Offline Conversions | Send qualified-lead and closed-deal outcomes back to Google Ads. |
| Meta Conversions API | Send server-side lead and revenue events to Meta. |
| Meta Lead Ads | Import leads submitted through connected Meta instant forms. |
Each integration card shows its current connection and configuration status.
- Select Setup to connect the provider, choose the required accounts or forms, and map events or fields.
- Use the enable or disable control to start or pause the integration. Convertly asks for confirmation before changing its state.
- Select Logs to review activity for that provider. Google Ads, Meta Conversions API, and Meta Lead Ads keep separate logs so troubleshooting stays focused.
Disabling an integration pauses new activity but keeps its saved credentials and mappings. If setup is incomplete, Convertly directs you to finish it before the integration can be enabled.
Before enabling an integration
Section titled “Before enabling an integration”Use an Admin or Manager account, confirm the required provider permissions, and complete all required mappings. Send a test lead or conversion before relying on the connection in a live campaign.
Other lead-intake options
Section titled “Other lead-intake options”Convertly also supports lead capture outside the integration catalog:
| Option | Best for |
|---|---|
| Native Forms | Forms created and hosted in Convertly. |
| Inbound Leads API | Structured server-to-server lead creation. |
| Universal Webhook Mapper | No-code intake from external webhook payloads. |
| CSV Import | One-time or periodic bulk lead imports. |
These tools are configured from their relevant CRM or settings area rather than the Integrations catalog.
Billing
Section titled “Billing”Billing settings manage your Convertly subscription and are separate from advertising and lead-intake integrations. See Billing and Subscription for plan and payment guidance.
Not currently available
Section titled “Not currently available”Do not plan production workflows around WhatsApp, SMTP or IMAP email sync, calendar sync, telephony, or Zapier unless Convertly announces those integrations as available.
